Eligibility Period
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fine Jewellery & Fashion Jewellery: Due to the personal nature of these items (Earrings, Bracelets, Bangles, Fine Jewellery).
- Personal Care & Beauty: Products from the ‘Fashion & Beauty’ category for hygiene reasons.
- Gift Cards & Hampers: All Gift Cards and pre-assembled Hampers.
- Cat Supplies: Opened or used pet products.
- Cleaning Products: For safety and hygiene reasons.
- Food & Beverages: Any consumable items found within ‘Gifts & Hampers’ or ‘Assorted’ categories.

The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us for Authorization: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on where to send your parcel. Returns shipped without an RA number cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns centre.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. We will notify you via email of the outcome.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed immediately upon approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval and typically appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a free return label and expedite a replacement or refund for you.
