We offer two convenient shipping options:

    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Free for orders valued at $50 or more

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dolce & Gabbana Sales Shop. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health, safety, and product integrity, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fine Jewellery & Fashion Jewellery (Earrings, Bracelets, Bangles, Fine Jewellery)
  • Personal Care & Beauty products from the ‘Fashion & Beauty’ category
  • Gift Cards & pre-assembled Hampers
  • Opened or used Cat Supplies
  • Cleaning Products
  • Food & Beverages (any consumable items within ‘Gifts & Hampers’ or ‘Assorted’ categories)

The Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us for Authorization: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. Use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, include your order confirmation, and write the RA number on the box. Ship to the address we provide using a tracked service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund and notify you via email.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Processed immediately upon approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Processed immediately upon approval and typically appears in your account within 3-5 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free return label and expedite a replacement or refund.
