Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personal Care & Beauty products from the ‘Fashion & Beauty’ category
• Gift Cards & pre-assembled Hampers
• Opened or used Cat Supplies
• Cleaning Products
• Food & Beverages (any consumable items within ‘Gifts & Hampers’ or ‘Assorted’ categories)

Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us for authorization within 15 days of receipt
2. Receive instructions and Returns Authorisation (RA) number
3. Ship your return with the RA number clearly marked
4. Wait for inspection and processing

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
